Well, it's been a while since I've blogged. Since my last post, we have had one doctor's visit (Tuesday, June 12th). We didn't get an ultrasound this time but did get to hear Ella Kate's heartbeat, 156 bpm. I've been feeling wonderful other than nagging back pain. The doctor said it was probably from me arching my back because of more weight in my tummy or it could be a slipped disc. She gave me muscle relaxer to help. Hot baths also help and I sleep on a heating pad each night. Hopefully, it will get better. I know Hunter is tired of hearing me complain!!! At our next appointment, we will get to do a 3D ultrasound :) and a glucose test :(. Ella Kate has been very active. She moves around a lot during the day, but especially at night. It's hard to believe how fast time is flying by. She will be here before we know it. There is still so much to do! We will begin putting up bead board in her nursery this week and painting. Her furniture should be here in the next few days as well. I'm excited to get started decorating. I've decided I really want to keep her nursery simple...her bedding is plain white with pink trim and her nursery chair will be a light, pale green. And of course, she will have monograms everywhere!
