Not much has happened since my last post. I've started back to work after all of the holidays and it's tough leaving my baby everyday but I know she's in good hands. I get lots of pictures from Grandma throughout the day. Ella Kate seems to be getting back into a routine as well. She has went to sleep each night this week around 9:00 and wakes up around 6:00 to eat. She has been sleeping through the night so well and we are thankful that we can all get a good night's sleep each night.
Ella Kate is loving her baths more and more and we've gotten to where we will let her sit and play for a while in the water after we have bathed her. She loves to eat her fists ALL the time and is drooling a lot! She also like to watch her Baby Einstein DVD's and will coo and laugh at them- such a sweet sound! We think she's going to love animals because every time they come on her DVD is when she really gets to making noise. I know that makes her Daddy proud!! She's drinking about 5 ounces at each feeding and eating about 5 times per day. She takes really good afternoon naps (about two hours in length). She's actually napping as I update this. We go back to the doctor next month for her four month check-up and to see how much she's grown these past two months.
We are so thankful for a happy, healthy little girl. She is our whole world!
